BOO !
i
scared you guys didn't i ? LOL jk. just tryna break the ice, guess it's
not working .. ha-ha.. alright enough with the jokes, let's get down to
business .
today, we learned what basically is similar to solving for trigonometric equations except instead of adding/subtracting 180° or 360° from ΘR (depending on which quadrant you are in) we would:
add 360°k or 2kπ (if asked for radians) to cosΘ, sinΘ & for tanΘ we add 180°k or kπ (again for radians) to the final solutions. as well, do not forget to add KϵI to every answer since k is an element of integers.
but to determine whether if a question given to you is either for a general
solution or solving trigonometric equation for special intervals certain words are noted "solve the following equations over the domain of all real numbers" solve, domain and all real numbers are key words .
an example of this would be tanΘ = 1 divided by √3
anyways it's past my bed time ! hope this helped a few people ..
signing off, THE GREEN POWER RANGER .
